STUDENT OUTCOMEThe program is designed for middle and high school students who want to explore the world of business.   • Students are urged to work their business through the summer and are invited to participate in the Taste of CH and Business Expo in Sept 2015
  • Classes will be held at Northwood University in the Swallwell Student Union which provides access to a computer lab, and larger spaces for the Investor Panel Event, the CEO Roundtable, and other events that take place.
  • Field Trips are scheduled and transportation will be provided.

ELEMENTS: An artisan showcase in Cedar Hill

Walk the Light, in collaboration with The Rally, Indie in the Big D, and the City of Cedar Hill, announces a free artisan showcase, “Elements”, on April 11, 2015 from 5pm-11pm. It will be held at a 10,000 sq. ft. lot located at 106 S. Broad St. in downtown Cedar Hill, TX off of Belt Line Rd. and Highway 67. The showcase will include over 20 artists of various genres, including performing arts, handmade goods, culinary arts, and various other ELEMENTS as we provide a premiere platform for local artistry. This will be the 5th event we’ve produced in partnership with the Main Street Preservation Board of Cedar Hill, as well as with the Economic Development Council, City Council members, and area non-profit organizations.
