About Country Day

Fun and excitement abound each year on the 2nd Saturday of October when Cedar Hill celebrates Country Day on the Hill. 2022 marks the 85th annual event that features a parade, craft vendors, food, activities, contests, and live entertainment on three stages in Historic Downtown Cedar Hill. This year's event will take place on Saturday, October 8 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the parade beginning promptly at 10 a.m. For more information and vendor applications, visit cdoth.com.

Parade Information

Help us make the 85th Annual Country Day on the Hill Parade bigger and better! The parade theme for 2022 is "Back Together Again". To participate, download and submit the application below with entry dues to the Parks and Recreation Department at the Cedar Hill Government Center (285 Uptown Blvd). Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
