Our focus this year is on “Signature Skills” and finding our “Zone of Greatness.” Each of us has
that zone and when we find it, we realize benefits that help us perform at a higher level,
regardless of our profession. The first step to finding your zone of greatness is your strengths.
Unfortunately, most people never go past taking a strength assessment and acquiring a basic identification of their strengths. There’s so much more that we can do, so let’s go further.
