The Texas Friendly customer service program was developed by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and is being offered free of charge to Cedar Hill businesses compliments of Visit Cedar Hill, Hillside Village and the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce.

Margaret Hoogstra, Executive Director of the Texas Forts Trail and CEO of Authentic Texas Magazine® will lead the workshop. She is respected statewide as an innovative leader in promoting heritage tourism and Texas Friendly hospitality.
